Food & Wine Expo

We are proud to launch our first ever Food & Wine Expo at the 2011 Canola Carnival.  Located in the front garden of the Drostdy Museum you will seriously regret not making a pass here for a taste of local cheese or a sip of quality wine.

Juanita Quinot

Juanita Quinot gebore en getoë in die Boland, matrikuleer aan hoërskool Swellendam in 1997.  Studeer by Boland kollege Paarl in spyseniering, wenner van menigte kookkompetisies as student.
Verteenwoordig SA in Pirmasens , Duitsland, by die wêreld BBQ kampioenskappe in 2004.

Na studies , werk op Greyton by gastehuis as Chef ,  werk daarna vir 1 jaar by Spysniers in Paarl en begin in 2000 by Delvera in the Vineyard op R44 ( Stellenbosch) as funksie koördineerder, Chef en bestuurder.
Gaan besoek Europa in 2004, België, Duitsland en Switserland en werk in restaurante en wynplase om kos en wynkennis te verbreed. Kom terug, trou met Nico Loubser en werk vir 2 1/2 jaar by Laborie restaurant as Chef/ funksie koördineerder in die Paarl.
Begin in 2006 haar eie koekwinkel in die Paarl (Mint & Magnolia the cake shop lady). Spesialiseer in troukoeke en spesialiteit koeke en watertand fudge en sjokolade neute bruintjies.

Wen paar toekennings met troukoek ontwerpe by bruidskoue. Beoefen haar beroep nou vanaf die huis om meer aandag aan die familie te gee.
